Information you give us directly
Contact form: When you send us a message, we collect your name, email address, and the contents of your message so we can respond.
Business submission form: When you submit a business for the directory, we collect the business name, contact details, and description you provide. Submissions are reviewed by a person before anything is published.
Comments: When you comment on a post, we collect the name and email address you enter. Comments are held for manual approval before they appear.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours records basic technical information needed to run the site: pages visited, browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. We use LiteSpeed Cache to keep the site fast, which may store temporary technical data on our server. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to operate the site, respond to your messages, review business and event submissions, moderate comments, and improve our content. We keep messages and submissions only as long as needed for these purposes.
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request that we delete it, and to opt out of any sale of it (we do not sell personal information). Children
Central Coast Hub is a general-audience community resource and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
