Shell Beach
Shell Beach is the quiet bluff-top neighborhood tucked between Pismo Beach and Avila Beach, and locals like to call it Pismo's best-kept secret. Perched above the Pacific, it trades boardwalk bustle for ocean views, tide pools, and some of the most photographed coastline on the Central Coast. It is almost entirely residential, which is exactly the point.
